Graham Cooper
Co-Creative Director
Graham Cooper is an Irish tenor based in Berlin. A former neuroscientist, he now performs full-time as an opera and concert soloist, with credits including Così fan tutte, Die Zauberflöte, and appearances at the Berlin Philharmonie and Concertgebouw Brugge. He is also an award-winning art song interpreter, performing across Europe with frequent collaborators.
Rachael Hastings
Co-Creative Director
Rachael Hastings is a Berlin-based musical theater artist from the Midwest USA. After a detour into finance, she returned to her creative roots, performing in productions such as The Wizard of Oz, A Chorus Line, Godspell, and Little Women. She has also directed youth theater programs and performed in concerts and revues across Berlin.
Tina Marie Serra
Producer
Tina Marie Serra is an American voiceover artist, improviser, and musical theater performer based in Berlin since 2017. She co-founded the musical comedy company Kaleidoscope, performing across Europe, and has voiced projects for clients including Deutsche Welle, Paradox Interactive, and the hit Webtoon Love 4 A Walk.
Joel Parnis
Director
Joel is a Maltese-Australian musical theatre performer based in Europe. After an international stage career spanning Australia, Asia, and the UK in shows like Les Misérables, My Fair Lady, Titanic, and Godspell, he made his Berlin directorial debut with I Love You Because in 2024. He has since performed across the German-speaking market and directed concerts and productions in Berlin. In 2025 he debuted in Malta with Into the Woods and will return in 2026 to help launch a new musical in collaboration with Spazju Kreattiv.
Joseph Pierce
Musical Director
Joseph is a globe-trotting performer who began singing at age six in a boy choir, harmonizing in cathedrals and concert halls around the world. At thirteen they swapped choir robes for a fur hat as the Russian soloist in Fiddler on the Roof, sparking a lifelong love of musical theatre. Their career has since flourished through creative collaborations that let them connect deeply with fellow artists—sometimes with artistic tears, and sometimes the messy real kind.
